The studio

Glam Haven is a portrait studio at 2703 South 10th Street in Omaha. Controlled light, seamless and textured backdrops, and no weather to work around. It’s the right choice for dramatic, editorial-looking portraits and for anything involving small children or a tight schedule.

On location

Parks, downtown, your home, or somewhere that means something to you. Location sessions are scheduled around the light — usually the hour before sunset — so there’s less flexibility on timing, but the results carry a different feeling.

Families
Groups of any size, including extended-family sessions. We keep things short and moving so nobody’s patience runs out.

Seniors
Multiple outfits, studio and location options, and images built for both the announcement and the wall.

Couples
Engagements, anniversaries, or no occasion at all.

Individuals
Personal portraits, milestone birthdays, headshots that don’t look like headshots.

How it works

We’ll talk before the session about wardrobe, location, and what you want the images for — wall art reads differently than something for a Christmas card. Sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes.

You’ll be directed throughout. No one is expected to know what to do with their hands.

How long until we see images?
We’ll give you a timeline when you book so you can plan around it.

What if my kids won’t cooperate?
They usually don’t, and we account for it. Short sessions, low expectations, real results.

Do you photograph extended families?
Yes. Tell us the headcount when you inquire so we can plan the setup.
